In a candid conversation, Abhijeet Bhattacharya discussed the strain in his relationship with Shah Rukh Khan, stating, “Shah Rukh Khan is well aware of the situation. We are not so different; our birthdays are just a day apart, and we share similar traits.”
He went on to say, “We both understand each other well. If I were to confront him today, being his senior by 6-7 years, I would tell him, ‘Enough with the theatrics, you are a star and always will be. But if I were to re-enter the picture, it would be on my terms, not his.’ Sometimes it seems like he is someone who flaunts… or maybe he simply doesn’t have the time. But that’s not the case. I know myself and I know him, even though we don’t have a close bond. He knows that I have been hurt.”
