When asked if she had plans to return to Broadway or the big screen, Ellen made it clear that she was stepping away from Hollywood after her Netflix special. She expressed her gratitude for the time she’s currently spending on stage, joking about getting kicked out of show business for being mean.
Despite the humor, Ellen seemed content with her decision and even joked about potentially getting kicked out for being “old, gay, and mean” in the future.
