During the filming of the accident scene on the train tracks, Bullock accidentally dropped Gallagher’s head on a spike. “I remember thinking, ‘Oh, now I have to stay calm as my head hits the railroad spike,'” The O.C. star shared with Vulture. “She looked up, like, ‘Oh my God, what’s happening?’ And then it happened.
