Reports suggest that both parties decided to file for divorce due to prolonged marital conflicts that had been ongoing before they mutually decided to end their marriage.
Christina Hall Deletes Wedding Photo Following Divorce Filing
The ex-couple was captured holding hands during their Hawaiian wedding celebration in 2022, a photo that was later removed by the HGTV star, as reported by People. They were depicted hand-in-hand, smiling in front of the ocean as the sun was setting.
In her original post from September 2022, Christina expressed her love for Maui and referred to Josh as her dream man. She wrote, “My dream man on the dreamiest island. Maui holds a special place in my heart. What an amazing night filled with love.” They had a secret marriage on October 6, 2021, followed by a destination wedding for their loved ones.
Although she removed the wedding photo, she retained other pictures with Josh, including one from September 2023 showcasing them on Fifth Avenue in NYC. Just before their separation was announced, Josh Hall shared a photo of them kissing in the ocean during their Cabo San Lucas vacation, with a caption stating, “still going strong.”

This marks Christina’s third marriage, following her previous marriages to Tarek El Moussa and Ant Anstead, respectively. In Josh Hall’s petition, he requested alimony but did not seek spousal support for Christina. He also requested full rights to the joint HGTV and Discovery Network shows they worked on, as they did not have a prenuptial agreement in place.
Additionally, Josh requested that their assets be divided based on what each spouse owned individually before their marriage. Christina countered by asking the judge not to grant him spousal support, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for her stance.
