Devara Part 1 6-Day Box Office Update: Jr NTR’s Sea-Adventure Film Brings in Rs 300 Crore Worldwide
Devara Part 1, directed by Koratala Siva and starring Jr NTR, Saif Ali Khan, and Janhvi Kapoor, experienced a significant growth of 50 percent in India on the Gandhi Jayanti holiday, earning Rs 24 crore. This indicates that the film has garnered acceptance across the board. The Hindi version saw a 60 percent increase in collections, reaching Rs 6.50 crore, which is great news for the film. Despite a drop on Monday, the film is expected to surpass Rs 350 crore and even reach Rs 400 crore with the upcoming Navratri and Dussehra period.
Devara Part 1 Makes Most Of Gandhi Jayanti Holiday; Approaches Rs 300 Crore Worldwide
Devara Part 1 has grossed Rs 228 crore in India after 6 days, with an additional USD 8 million (Rs 67 crore) from overseas markets, bringing its global total to Rs 295 crore. The film’s solid performance and acceptance, especially in its Hindi version, make the possibility of a Part 2 inevitable. Jr NTR’s popularity in North India will further strengthen with future projects, paving the way for Devara Part 2.
