Regarding Mauricio, who is currently separated from his wife Kyle Richards, and Emma, they were quick to clarify the situation.
“We want to address the rumors circulating about whether Emma and I are dating,” Mauricio said in a video with Emma on his Instagram Story last October, after they were seen holding hands. “We want to make it clear that we are not dating.”
Emma, who ended her relationship with fellow pro Sasha Farber in 2022, also commented on the speculation and explained the strong bond that can develop on Dancing with the Stars between celebrities and dancers.
“You guys don’t realize how intense it is,” she said. “I feel like we have similar personalities, so we have a very supportive relationship. We’re always there for each other. It’s really beautiful, and that’s a wonderful thing.”
