Dakota Johnson Refuses to Reprise Role of Madame Web in Future Projects
Although she has no plans to do another big budget film in the near future, the actress from Fifty Shades of Grey acknowledged that she gained valuable experience from the process.
“I had never done anything like it before,” she said about working on the superhero film. “I probably won’t do anything similar again because I don’t fit in that world. I now understand that. Sometimes in this industry, you sign up for something, and it evolves into something completely different while you’re making it.”
Dakota has always been open about her experiences filming projects, regardless of their size. She didn’t hesitate to share her thoughts on filming her cameo in the series finale of The Office.
“That was honestly the worst time of my life,” she revealed on Late Night With Seth Meyers on Feb. 8. “They asked me to be in the series finale, and I agreed, thinking I’d only be there for half a day. I ended up spending two weeks there. And I hardly even appeared in the show.”
