“Dance Moms Star Kalani Hilliker Announces Engagement to Nathan Goldman: Feeling Incredibly Fortunate”
The engagement of Kalani Hilliker, a former Dance Moms alumna, to her boyfriend Nathan Goldman took place by a beautiful lakefront in Lake Como, Italy, on August 17. She shared the news on social media. Hilliker, 23, is a dance teacher and mental health advocate who appeared in season four of the reality show and left in season seven.
“Forevermore,” Hilliker wrote in the caption of her Instagram post featuring her engagement photos. “I am incredibly fortunate and appreciative to be your fiancé. Nathan, you have my undying love🤍🦋. Hilliker wore a stunning floor-length, strapless white gown, while Goldman looked handsome in navy slacks and an off-white button-down shirt.
The lifestyle influencer showed off her huge oval-cut diamond ring from Brilliant Earth in one of the pictures. The wedding date has not yet been revealed. The couple’s late-summer European vacation ended in Lake Como. After just six months of dating, Goldman and Arizona-based event coordinator Audrey Wood orchestrated the surprise proposal.
Prior to the announcement, Hilliker shared behind-the-scenes glimpses of their time in Italy on her Instagram Stories. This included enjoying a piano performance, watching fireworks, and indulging in truffle-poached eggs. Hilliker and Goldman officially started dating when they attended Coachella together in April. She posted photos on social media of them golfing, participating in photo shoots, and watching Fourth of July fireworks.
In a May interview with Us Weekly, Hilliker spoke fondly of Goldman in anticipation of the Dance Moms reunion. She mentioned that Goldman hadn’t been a big fan of the show, but they enjoyed watching clips together because it was funny.
Hilliker also revealed that her fiancé does not use Instagram or TikTok. She expressed appreciation for his disconnect from social media, while she is more involved. Hilliker was featured in Lifetime’s Dance Moms: The Reunion special, along with several other former cast members, which aired on May 1. Goldman, a 2020 graduate of The Ohio State University, has professional experience as a protection and control engineer according to his LinkedIn profile.
