New Details Emerge about Christina Sandera, Partner of Clint Eastwood, and Cause of Death
Additional information has been disclosed regarding the passing of Christina Sandera.
Less than a week after the death of Clint Eastwood‘s longtime girlfriend at the age of 61, a representative from the Monterey County Health Department confirmed to The Post that Christina passed away due to a heart attack.
According to reports, her death certificate cited cardiac arrhythmia as the immediate cause of death, with atherosclerotic coronary artery disease, typically caused by plaque buildup in the heart’s arteries, listed as a contributing factor.
Clint acknowledged Christina’s death in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter on July 19, expressing, “Christina was a wonderful, caring woman. I will deeply miss her.”
The Gran Torino actor first met Christina over a decade ago while she was working as a hostess at Clint’s Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. Their romantic relationship began in 2014.
This relationship commenced a year after Clint’s divorce from his second wife, Dina Eastwood, who is the mother of his youngest daughter, 27-year-old Morgan Eastwood, following an 18-year marriage.
