You can definitely see the family resemblance between Clint and Scott. Their relationship has come a long way since earlier days.
As reported by Esquire, Scott spent a majority of his childhood in Hawaii with his mother, Jacelyn Reeves. Clint, on the other hand, was often away pursuing his own ventures during those years. “He was gone; he was doing his thing,” said his youngest son, born in 1986. “But he was there, too, you know.”
It wasn’t until high school that Scott made the decision to move to California and live with his father. Since then, they have collaborated on various movie projects, such as Flags of Our Fathers, Gran Torino, Invictus, and Trouble With the Curve.
“I’ve tried to take every opportunity I can to learn from him,” Scott shared. “I flew to Georgia to observe him working on Sully. Whenever possible, I make it a point to be on set with him.”
While they have worked together, Scott has also pursued individual projects like The Longest Ride, Diablo, Fast X, I Want You Back, and even starred in Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams” music video.
