Christine Quinn’s Husband Refutes Assault Allegations and Describes Altercation
“Mr. Dumontet did not throw the bag towards Ms. Quinn, or their son,” the filing read. “Additionally, there was no glass in the bag, as there was no broken glass in the room or anywhere in the house.”
Dumontet explained that he asked his son to leave the room, but Quinn intervened by grabbing the child’s arm and taking him out before baby Christian could react, as stated in the documents. While alone in the room, Dumontet mentioned that he started working on his computer until Quinn returned, inquiring about their upcoming summer vacation arrangements with the travel agent.
“Ms. Quinn then exited the room, and soon after, LAPD police officers entered the bedroom with guns drawn,” the filing stated, “demanding Mr. Dumontet to leave the house immediately without allowing him to gather his personal belongings, and still in his bathrobe.”
