Christian Dumontet, Christine Quinn’s Husband, Initiates Divorce Proceedings
The sun is setting on Christine Quinn and Christian Dumontet‘s marriage.
After the entrepreneur’s recent arrests, he has officially filed for divorce from the Selling Sunset alum after four years of marriage, as per court documents obtained by E! News on April 5.
Dumontet, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, is seeking sole legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old son Christian Georges Dumontet. He is also requesting the court to prevent Quinn from receiving spousal support.
The divorce filing comes in the wake of Dumontet’s arrest at their California home on March 19. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to E! News that Dumontet was taken into custody following a report of a domestic dispute.
During the altercation, authorities stated that Dumontet threw a bag with glass at the child, causing injury. While the child did not require transportation to the hospital, a source revealed to E! News that paramedics recommended the child go to the ER and was taken there by his mother.
