Christine Quinn Granted Temporary Restraining Order Against Husband

Christine Quinn Receives Temporary Restraining Order Against Spouse

Christine Quinn has obtained a temporary restraining order against her husband Christian Dumontet.

Shortly after filing the request, a judge approved the court order.

The temporary restraining order, issued on March 28 for domestic violence prevention, mandates that Dumontet vacate their shared home and gives Quinn control over the property, according to documents obtained by E! News.

The order specifies that Dumontet must maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from Quinn, her residence, workplace, vehicle, their 2-year-old son Christian, and his school or childcare facility. It also includes keeping away from Quinn’s two Yorkshire Terriers, Bubby and Teddy.

Although Dumontet is prohibited from contacting Quinn or their son, there are exceptions allowing him to interact with his son during court-ordered visits and have peaceful discussions with Quinn regarding these visits. The order also prohibits any form of abuse.

The restraining order will remain in effect until April 17, which is when a hearing is scheduled.

E! News has contacted both Quinn and Dumontet’s legal representatives for comment but has not received a response yet.
