Chandu Champion discusses life’s rock bottom, revealing he was prepared to sacrifice everything during his mother’s cancer treatment

Kartik Aaryan was ready to give up, here’s why
Currently, all eyes are on Kartik Aaryan as he promotes his upcoming movie Chandu Champion. He has spoken about the challenges he faced while portraying India’s first Paralympics gold medallist Murlikant Petkar in the film.
Despite the difficulties, it was his ‘champion mentality’ that kept him going. He emphasized on the importance of not giving up and facing adversities. Kartik recalled a time when his mother was battling cancer while he was shooting for Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety.
Describing it as a ‘low phase’, he shared, “Her cancer phase was the lowest point in my life. It coincided with the shooting of the most important movie of my life (Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety).”
Kartik Aaryan recalls the worst time of his life
Kartik mentioned that during that time, he struggled to balance work and personal challenges. Despite the difficulties, he maintained a never-give-up attitude. He recalled how his mother encouraged him to keep working even during her chemotherapy sessions.
Reflecting on that challenging period, Kartik expressed gratitude for his mother’s support and highlighted the importance of perseverance.
