Celebrity Fathers Discuss Their Aspirations for the Future Generation
Just like Whitney Houston once sang, celebrity dads truly believe that the children are our future. They are all about allowing them to lead the way.
“We talk about everything, but she is a very smart girl,” shared Lenny Kravitz with Us Weekly in 2011 when Zoë Kravitz, future star of Big Little Lies, was just 22 years old. “She probably advises me way more than I advise her! She is very, very perceptive.”
Despite this, proud girl dads like him are not shirking their responsibility to impart some fatherly wisdom.
“I guess if there’s one thing that I think men wish women knew, it’s just that they alone are enough,” wrote Channing Tatum in a 2017 letter written for Cosmopolitan regarding his hopes for 10-year-old Everly. “When more women start to truly feel this power in themselves, the world will become so magical, that it makes my head hurt.”
