Cara Delevingne Devastated After Her Home is Destroyed in Fire
Cara Delevingne is dealing with a significant loss.
The supermodel shared her sorrow after learning that her home in Studio City, Calif., had been destroyed by a fire.
“My heart is shattered today,” Cara posted on her Instagram Story on March 15 along with a picture of her two cats, who thankfully survived the fire. “I can’t believe it. Life can change in an instant, so cherish what you have.”
The Paper Towns actress later shared a video outside her home, which she bought in 2019 for $7.8 million, surrounded by fire trucks. She expressed her gratitude, saying, “Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the firefighters and everyone who came to help.”
According to NBC Los Angeles, the fire started around 4 a.m. on March 15, but Cara was not home at the time. The actress, who is currently in a relationship with singer Leah Mason, was performing in Cabaret at the Playhouse Theatre in London, where she was last seen late on the night of March 14.
