Brittany Mahomes is making a strong comeback.

And the Sports Illustrated model—who has children Sterling, 3, and Patrick “Bronze,” 18 months, with her husband Patrick Mahomes—demonstrated her strength by returning to the gym just three months after fracturing her back.

“Back poppin'” wrote Brittany’s trainer Kirsty Rae in an Instagram Story on June 13. “Back pain has resolved, so we are gradually reintroducing overhead lifts with lighter weights.”

Brittany, who disclosed in March that she fractured her back due to a pelvic floor injury, has been updating fans on her journey to recovery as she works her way back to full health.

“I’m doing really well,” Brittany told E! News last month. “I’m enjoying life to the fullest. My back is healed, so that’s a positive development.”

While the co-owner of the Kansas City Current is slowly returning to weightlifting, she also emphasized that she did not stay away from the gym for long.

“I’m prioritizing my health,” she added. “I am now completely recovered and back to my usual routine.”
