After Sam Asghari filed for divorce from the “Toxic” singer following one year of marriage, the former couple has reached a settlement, as shown in documents obtained by E! News.
The divorce is marked as uncontested, indicating that both Britney and Sam (also known as Hesam Asghari) have come to an agreement regarding their property and marriage rights, with the details submitted to the court.
E! News has contacted representatives for Britney and Sam for comment but has not received a response.
Sam filed for divorce in August, shortly after their June 2022 wedding.
“After 6 years of love and commitment, my wife and I have decided to part ways,” he shared on his Instagram Story on August 17. “We will cherish the love and respect we have for each other, and I wish her all the best.”
The 30-year-old, who began dating Britney in 2016, added, “Life happens. I won’t ask for privacy, but I do request kindness and thoughtfulness from everyone, including the media.”
