William Daniels of Boy Meets World Reunites with Mini-Cast
“I remember when we were all young and having fun, while I was more serious,” Daniels reminisced during the virtual video chat. “I used to stay in my dressing room while you all goofed around before the camera. When they called for me, then I would come out.”
“You guys were having a great time, and I took everything very seriously. Honestly, I wish I could have been more carefree like you,” he added.
Several years ago, the three actors had some appearances as their characters from Boy Meets World on the spinoff Girl Meets World, which turned out to be Daniels’ last acting gig on screen. Fishel reprised her role as Topanga with Savage, who played her high school sweetheart-turned-husband Cory Matthews, Eric’s brother.
Even though the show ended after three seasons in 2017, Fishel mentioned that her character will always hold a special place in her heart. “She is a part of me and I am a part of her,” Fishel shared with E! News in April 2023. “No matter what else I do in my career, Boy Meets World will always be a significant part of who I am. Plus, that character was just so cool, how could I not feel lucky?”
