Bindi Irwin Reflects on How Daughter Grace Evokes Memories of Dad Steve Irwin
The legacy of The Crocodile Hunter lives on.
After an unfortunate death at the age of 44, Steve Irwin’s daughter, Bindi Irwin, shared how much her 3-year-old daughter, Grace, resembles the Australian TV icon.
“I see so much of dad in our beautiful daughter Grace,” the 25-year-old shared exclusively with E! News at the annual Steve Irwin Gala, an event that honors the life and impact of the renowned Wildlife Warrior. “She has a lot of fiery, passionate energy. She is a determined little girl who never stops moving. Being 3 years old, she is always on the go.”
Bindi, who is married to Chandler Powell and shares Grace with him, humorously mentioned that their daughter believes she is in charge of Australia Zoo.
“She believes that it is her responsibility to take care of all the animals,” Bindi chuckled. “She has such a kind and beautiful soul, but also possesses this energetic spirit that reminds me of her dad.
