Why? Beyoncé (full name Beyoncé Knowles-Carter) has just released a new selection of products for Renaissance Act II. The 32-time Grammy winner’s online store offers a significant preview of her upcoming album.
The new merchandise line, featuring a range of T-shirts, CDs, and vinyls, subtly hints that Act II will be named Cowboy Carter.
Queen Bey’s latest move comes shortly after she announced Renaissance Act II at Super Bowl LVIII on Feb. 11.
Following months of wearing cowboy hats at almost every public appearance, the 42-year-old musician—who is a mother to Blue Ivy (11) and twins Sir and Rumi (6) with husband Jay-Z (real name Shawn Carter)—has revealed that she is embracing her country roots for the upcoming album, set to release on March 29. She has also released two singles, “16 Carriages” and “Texas Hold ‘Em,” which pay homage to her home state.
