The Below Deck veteran’s latest show on Oxygen, Deadly Waters with Captain Lee, will explore some of the most shocking murders that have taken place at sea.
“The ocean can be a treacherous realm—sudden waves, unforgiving currents, and violent storms can arise in an instant,” Captain Lee warns in a chilling trailer shared exclusively with E! News. “For the first time, we’re uncovering a greater threat than Nature itself—individuals with deadly intentions.”
Across eight episodes, the series, slated to premiere on June 1, will delve into various cases, from a mysterious sea illness that led to a passenger falling overboard in Lake Erie to an inquiry into a wealthy magnate following the discovery of a body missing three fingers off the shore of Catalina Island.
In a particularly foreboding moment from the teaser, one interviewee alludes to a suspicious narrative, recounting, “Two individuals ventured onto the boat that morning, but only one returned.”
