Captain Kerry from Below Deck dismisses the 11th crew member in 3rd season
Chef Anthony Iracane is bidding farewell to Below Deck.
After experiencing challenges during meal preparations, the season 11 cook was let go by Captain Kerry Titheradge in the Bravo series’ episode on April 22.
The French chef was dismissed for not having pork alternatives for the latest primary guest, serving a salad to a vegetable-averse vacationer, and mishandling a guest’s request for a late-night lobster grilled cheese. These culinary errors led to the crew receiving their lowest tip of the season, just $17,250 to divide among themselves.
In a confessional, Chief Stew Fraser Olender expressed disappointment, stating, “This is embarrassing. Is it because of the food? I’m going to say yes.”
Captain Kerry then summoned Anthony to the bridge to disclose his fate on the super-yacht.
“I believe you are an amazing chef, your food is outstanding,” Kerry said. “However, I have observed guests being dissatisfied with certain aspects of your work.”
“You are not thriving in this environment,” he continued. “By keeping you onboard, I would be putting you at risk of failure. I am doing you a favor by letting you go.”
