Guest with Allergy at Below Deck Med Served Potentially Deadly Meal by Chef

Below Deck Mediterranean‘s Chef Johnathan “Jono” Shillingford is causing quite a stir with his latest dinner menu.

On the upcoming episode airing on Aug. 26, E! News has an exclusive sneak peek at the moment when the season nine yachtie presents a fancy tuna carpaccio with pineapple caramel to the new charter guests.

The issue arises when one of the guests, Jennifer, realizes she is severely allergic to the dish being served.

As everyone enjoys the beautiful dish, Jennifer expresses her inability to partake, saying, “It looks beautiful. I would eat it if I could.” She then explains to her friends that raw seafood is life-threatening to her and she had clearly mentioned her dietary restriction multiple times on her preference sheet.

Despite being initially understanding of the mistake, Jennifer eventually informs Captain Sandy Yawn about the serious oversight during their meal.
