Part of her concerns derive from a conversation she had with Leslie Fhima during the episode of The Bachelor on March 11. Joey’s final three, Kelsey, Daisy Kent, and Rachel Nance, received advice from some Golden Bachelor alums before their fantasy suite dates.
One particular aspect of the conversation that stood out to Kelsey was when Leslie, who was one of Golden Bachelor finalist Gerry Turner‘s final two, cautioned her to be wary, emphasizing “always have something in the back of your head that you might not be the one.”
Although Kelsey felt confident after her date with Joey, she confessed that Leslie’s words lingered in her thoughts.
“I don’t know how the other relationships compare to mine,” she revealed in a confessional. “I can’t be certain that it will be me. Leslie’s advice keeps playing in my mind. She had strong feelings for Gerry, and if it’s not me, I don’t believe I could recover from that. I would be heartbroken.”
