Tahira Kashyap discusses the issue of women feeling guilty
In a recent interview with Indian Express, Tahira Kashyap shed light on the societal pressure women face when balancing career and family.
She highlighted how women often feel guilt for prioritizing their careers, unlike men who are not questioned about their work-life balance as much.
Tahira used her own husband, Ayushmann Khurrana, as an example, suggesting that men should also face similar inquiries about managing multiple work commitments alongside family responsibilities.
“Both men and women should be held accountable for balancing work and family, rather than just women,” the director added.
