“There is so much pressure to be this perfect parent. We are not perfect parents; we will complain about things, and it’s okay to admit it to them. So they know that you are flawed,” Anushka said during the event.

The Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi actress also highlighted the importance of owning mistakes as parents to create a more conducive family environment. “Imagine kids having to live up to, ‘Oh my parents are like this’. So owning your mistakes makes it easier,” she expressed.

Anushka Sharma also emphasized instilling good values in her children, Vamika and Akaay. She mentioned that Vamika is too young to be taught anything at the moment. Anushka shared that they serve as examples for their children to understand how they navigate life.

On the professional front, Anushka Sharma is set to make a comeback as a lead in Chakda ‘Xpress after her last film, Zero, in 2018.
