Angelina Jolie Ordered to Turn Over NDAs in Brad Pitt Winery Lawsuit

Angelina Jolie Must Provide NDAs in Legal Battle with Brad Pitt’s Winery

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt‘s legal battle is ongoing.

In their current legal dispute over Pitt’s 2022 lawsuit against Jolie for selling her share of Chateau Miraval—a French winery they co-owned—to a third party, a judge has mandated Jolie to submit additional documents.

According to a court filing dated April 16 obtained by E! News, the judge has approved Pitt’s request to instruct Jolie to provide, within 60 days, “all non-privileged documents in her possession, custody, or control” and a “privilege log with adequate factual information on any responsive documents Jolie claims are privileged for Plaintiffs to assess the validity of Jolie’s privilege claim.”

The complete order will compel the actress from Maleficent to produce eight years’ worth of nondisclosure agreements (NDAs).

E! News has contacted the legal teams of Pitt and Jolie for comments but has not yet received a response.

This new order is related to Jolie’s 2022 countersuit, in which she alleged that the actor from Bullet Train orchestrated a plan to “take over” the shared estate post-divorce. As per the lawsuit, also obtained by E! News, Jolie claims she sold her share of the property to an external company as Pitt refused to eliminate the NDA requirements he had imposed as part of the agreement.
