Anderson Cooper is ready to raise his glass.
After being hit in the head by debris during Hurricane Milton’s coverage in Bradenton, Florida on Oct. 9, the CNN anchor is gearing up for the network’s New Year’s Eve special with his close friend and co-star Andy Cohen.
A fan expressed on their Instagram Stories, “They won’t let him drink on NYE, but they’ll send him out like this.” Anderson shared the post on his Stories and added, “Oh @bravoandy and I are definitely doing shots this New Year’s Eve!”
Host of Watch What Happens Live, Andy, shared another fan’s Instagram Stories post saying, “We need @AndersonCooper and @BravoAndy to host NYE. Please get this national treasure undercover.”
Andy also reshared a post from X, previously Twitter, on Oct. 10 that said, “CNN had better let Anderson Cooper go all out on New Year’s Eve for this.” In another retweet from Andy, another fan commented alongside a screenshot of Anderson Cooper’s Hurricane Milton coverage, “Watching Anderson Cooper earn his NYE party.”
