On July 20 (Saturday), at 3:15 PM, the police were called to a residence in Sandston, Virginia, as per the statement released by the Henrico County Police Department to People.
The statement mentioned that upon arrival, there was a medical emergency involving an unresponsive woman.
Henrico Fire members attempted life-saving measures, but unfortunately, they were unsuccessful. The statement further stated, “The adult female, Autumn Oxley, 27, from Henrico, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Henrico Police are currently treating this as a death investigation.”
The statement also mentioned that authorities are collaborating with the Officer of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the exact cause of Autumn’s death.
Autumn’s sister Misty initially announced the passing of the reality show alum on Facebook on July 21, but the post has since been deleted.

Crittendon was a mother of three children. During her appearance on season 5 of MTV’s reality show, she was pregnant with her first child, Drake.

There have been other cast members from 16 And Pregnant who have tragically passed away in recent years, including Valerie Fairman, who died at 23 in 2016 due to a drug overdose.
Jordan Cashmyer, featured in the 2014 season, died from Fentanyl and cocaine intoxication in 2022. Sean Grainger, who fathered Selena Gutierrez’s child, passed away at 20 in an ATV accident.
