Akshay Kumar’s Khel Khel Mein set to battle John Abraham’s Vedaa and Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 this Independence Day; Full details revealed
Khel Khel Mein is set to release in theatres soon. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the film features an ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Fardeen Khan, Vaani Kapoor, Amy Virk, Aditya Seal, and Pragya Jaiswal.
Akshay and Taapsee’s movie was initially planned for September 6, coinciding with Akshay’s birthday week. However, the release date has been rescheduled.
New Release Date
Recently, Taapsee Pannu announced on Instagram that Khel Khel Mein will now hit the screens on August 15, Independence Day. This new date is earlier than the previously scheduled release.
Taapsee shared a group picture of the star cast and director along with the announcement. The photo includes Taapsee, Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Vaani Kapoor, Amy Virk, Aditya Seal, Pragya Jaiswal, and director Mudassar Aziz.
“This Independence Day, step into a mad world of laughter, drama & loads of fun! Mark your calendars for August 15, 2024 when #KhelKhelMein hits the theatres,” Pannu wrote.

Clashing with Vedaa and Pushpa 2
Khel Khel Mein will now clash with Vedaa at the box office, starring John Abraham, Sharvari, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Abhishek Banerjee. Vedaa is also set to release on August 15.
Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s Pushpa 2 is also scheduled for August 15, with ongoing promotions.

Vaani Kapoor previously announced that Khel Khel Mein would be released on September 6. The film is described as a “rollercoaster ride of laughter, drama & loads of fun!”
The film is said to be a comedy of errors revolving around the lives of three couples.
