Ajay Devgn, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Varun Dhawan celebrate India’s T20 World Cup semi-finals victory, optimistic about bringing home the trophy
In a historic moment, India has advanced to the finals of the 2024 T20 World Cup after defeating England by 68 runs in the semi-finals.
Celebrations are in order as the Rohit Sharma-led Team India has a chance to win the World Cup trophy this time. Bollywood celebrities like Ajay Devgn, Ayushmann Khurrana, Abhishek Bachchan, and Varun Dhawan cheered for the Indian national cricket team after the semi-final match.
Ajay Devgn congratulates Team India for the win
Ajay Devgn expressed his excitement for the T20 World Cup final on X (formerly Twitter).
He wrote, “It’s time to show that our Comeback > Setback…Only a step away from creating history! Well played boys! Time to bring home the (trophy).”
Ayushmann Khurrana praised Team India for reaching the final, calling it a “well-deserved” achievement.
Varun Dhawan and Vikrant Massey also showed their support for Team India. Vikrant shared Instagram stories featuring the Men In Blue and their victory.

Abhishek Bachchan also motivated Team India for the T20 World Cup final and wished them luck.
Producer Jackky Bhagnani joined the celebrations and cheered for Team India in the finals against South Africa on June 29.
