Esha Deol Shares Relationship Advice: ‘Roving Eyes’ Are A Red Flag After Divorce
Bollywood actress Esha Deol, who made headlines earlier this year for ending her marriage with Bharat Takhtani, shared insights on red flags in a relationship. She identified three major red flags and cautioned women to be wary of men with a wandering eye.
In a candid interview with Hauterrfly, the bollywood star discussed what she considers red flags in a romantic relationship. According to the Dhoom actress, “When you’re not on the same frequency as the other person, it’s impossible to connect. You should be with someone who resonates with you on a similar level. I’m not talking about finances…”
Esha Deol also pointed out that lifestyle differences can be a significant red flag in a relationship. While differing lifestyles are not inherently bad, they must align for a healthy and happy relationship. She mentioned, “If your lifestyles don’t align, that’s a major red flag. If one person prefers staying in while the other wants to go out, it won’t work.”
The actress emphasized that men with wandering eyes can also be a red flag. Describing this, Esha said, “You may have your partner with you, but you’re eyeing someone else. That’s not acceptable.”
Alongside highlighting the red flags, Esha also discussed green flags in a relationship. She stressed the importance of friendship and personal space. According to her, a green flag is being with someone with whom you can spend time without any obligations. A relationship where you don’t have to constantly please your partner or do things to make them happy.
Concluding her thoughts on relationships, Esha emphasized the importance of personal space. “I really value my personal space, my dream world, my time alone. I enjoy my own company. To people like us, that personal space is crucial…”
For those unaware, Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani got married in 2012 and have two daughters together, Radhya and Miraya. However, they recently ended their marriage with a divorce after a decade.
