Adele Halts Las Vegas Residency Due to Health Issues
Adele is taking a break to prioritize her health.
The singer of “Rolling in the Deep” announced that she will be postponing her Las Vegas residency, which was set to run through June, for the entire month of March on the advice of her doctor.
On February 27, the 35-year-old artist revealed on social media that she had been ill at the end of her previous tour leg and during her break. She had not fully recovered before returning to perform, leading to her falling sick again and experiencing vocal strain. Adele stated, “I have no choice but to rest thoroughly as per doctor’s orders.”
Adele informed her fans that the next five weekends of shows would be rescheduled, with details being finalized and shared with them soon. She expressed her love for her disappointed fans, apologizing for any inconvenience caused.
