Aamir Khan celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi with family, performs aarti with son Azad – viral pictures inside
Many Bollywood celebrities have been celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi with their loved ones. Aamir Khan has also been actively participating in the festivities for the past two days. Now, pictures of him performing the aarti with his son Azad Khan at his sister Nikhat’s house have been circulating on social media.
On September 8, photos of Aamir Khan taking part in the Ganesh puja went viral. In a picture shared by a user, the actor was seen conducting the aarti with his son Azad Khan and other family members.
In another post, Aamir was seen with his sister Nikhat and her husband Santosh Hegde at their Mumbai home for the intimate event. Aamir wore a blue kurta while his sister wore a pink saree.
On the professional front, Aamir is gearing up for his return to the big screen with the film “Sitaare Zameen Par,” which he is also co-producing. He is also working on expanding his production company, Aamir Khan Productions, with three upcoming projects in the pipeline.
A source revealed that Aamir is considering not selling the digital rights of his future films to keep them exclusive to cinema halls for at least 12 weeks. He aims to bring a revolution to the theatrical medium and revive the social comedy genre.
After producing “Laapataa Ladies,” Aamir Khan Productions is set to release “Pritam Pyaare,” “Sitaare Zameen Par,” “Lahore 1947,” and “Happy Patel.”
