Jani Master has been making headlines after a female colleague accused the choreographer of sexually assaulting her over the years. In a recent development, the Pushpa choreographer has shared shocking details related to the case. Jani Master was placed in 4-day police custody by a court. During the investigation, he denied all allegations against him, calling them ‘baseless’.

According to a report in Chitra Jyothy, Jani Master stated, “The allegations made by the victim against me are baseless. She introduced herself to me through a show. She falsely claimed to have been sexually assaulted as a minor. I recognized her talent and allowed her to work as my assistant choreographer. The victim mentally tortured me to marry her and even threatened me multiple times.”

Furthermore, the National Award-winning choreographer mentioned that he had discussed the issue with filmmaker Sukumar. Despite Sukumar reaching out to the female colleague, there was no change in her behavior. Jani Master added, “There was a conspiracy against me, someone plotted against me. I got involved in this case because they couldn’t handle my success.”

For those unaware, Jani Master was arrested in Goa and later brought to Hyderabad, where he was remanded in judicial custody for 14 days. Investigations revealed that he allegedly assaulted the victim when she was a minor, leading to charges under POCSO. Apart from that, he also faces charges under sections 376 (rape), 506 (criminal intimidation), and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

On the other hand, reports suggest that his wife Ayesha will soon be arrested for allegedly attacking the victim. In a recent interview with TV9, she refuted all allegations against her husband. Ayesha stated, “The claim that the woman was harassed at 16 is outrageous. There’s no truth to it. If the girl can provide evidence, I will leave Master.”
