Trina McGee from Boy Meets World Opens Up About Her Miscarriage Experience
Trina McGee has shared a heartbreaking update regarding her pregnancy.
After three months of announcing her pregnancy with husband Marcello Thedford at the age of 54, the former Boy Meets World star revealed that she experienced a miscarriage.
“I did lose the baby,” McGee revealed to Tamron Hall on the September 23 episode of The Tamron Hall Show. “It came as a surprise, closer to the end of the first trimester. We still don’t have a clear reason why it happened.”
At 55 years old, she expressed, “I am still grateful for the opportunity to conceive at this age and time.”
McGee, who is also a mother to Ramia (31), Langston (29), and Ezra (25), shared her struggles after the miscarriage.
“I faced a lot of depression afterwards,” she admitted. “It was difficult to even get out of bed. When you desire a complete family, there are numerous dreams and hopes attached. It was a tough reality to accept.”
