Tourists can’t resist joining Diljit Dosanjh’s happy dance in front of the Eiffel Tower; fans ship ‘Dosanjh and Emily in Paris’
Are you aware that Punjabi music sensation Diljit Dosanjh is currently on a musical world tour called Dil-Luminati and has been performing in various countries? The singer, who will be returning to India in October for his upcoming concerts, is currently in Paris for a performance. Recently, Diljit was seen dancing in front of the Eiffel Tower, giving off major tourist vibes in a foreign location.
Sharing a video on Instagram, Diljit Dosanjh can be seen stepping out of his luxurious car in Paris and admiring the Eiffel Tower. Dressed in a grey sweatshirt, black cargo pants, and a round black hat, he completes the look with sunglasses. In the video, Diljit can be seen walking towards the tower, grooving a bit, and pointing towards it with a big smile on his face. The caption of the video reads, “Dosanjh in Paris” with an Eiffel Tower emoji.
Producer and stylist Rhea Kapoor, as well as filmmaker Karan Johar, were among the celebrities who reacted to Diljit Dosanjh’s post on Instagram. Rhea commented, “Excuuuuuuzeee meeee D with all these fitsssssss.” Karan Johar, referring to their collaboration in the upcoming production Jigra, wrote, “Jigra” followed by heart emojis. Diljit has sung the song “Chal Kudiye” for Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina-starrer Jigra, which is co-produced by Alia and Karan.
One fan commented, “Dosanjh and Emily both in Paris. Let’s get them together.” Diljit also shared two Instagram stories from his time in Paris, featuring a poster of his concert and a street view of the Eiffel Tower.
With his international success, Diljit Dosanjh has made a mark globally. He recently made his debut on Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show, becoming the first Indian artist to perform on the iconic late-night show. Last year, he also became the first Punjabi singer to perform at the Coachella music festival in the US.
