Thankfully, E! had previously interviewed Friends star Jennifer Aniston’s Pvolve trainer Dani Coleman, who shared their approach to breaking a sweat.

“The best advice I can offer is to start small,” the fitness instructor told E! News in an exclusive interview. “When people think about exercising, they set extravagant goals. Let go of the traditional idea that you have to push yourself to extremes to have an effective workout.”

According to the health expert, “We firmly believe in working smarter, not harder for your body.”

Dani, the Director of Training at Pvolve and practitioner of low-impact, high-resistance workouts, mentioned that while Jennifer enjoys challenging workouts, she also understands her body’s limitations.

“Whether it’s Jen or any of my clients, I always create a customized plan tailored to their body’s requirements,” Dani explained. “Jen prefers a blend of our Sculpt and Burn program, incorporating strengthening exercises with cardio intervals.”

She added, “One of the great aspects of functional fitness is that, as it mirrors natural body movements, your body will feel rejuvenated.”
