Rakul Preet Singh asserts she won’t become bitter over losing film roles due to nepotism
Rakul Preet Singh, known for her work in Tamil and Telugu movies, made her debut in Bollywood with the film Yaariyan in 2014. She has also appeared in Hindi films such as De De Pyaar De, Runway 34, Doctor G, Thank God, and Chhatriwali. Rakul is currently preparing for De De Pyaar De 2 with Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan.
Speaking on The Ranveer Show, Rakul Preet Singh shared her thoughts on nepotism and losing out on film opportunities. She mentioned her father’s experiences when she wanted to join the army and expressed that she does not hold bitterness towards losing projects as she believes they were not meant for her.
Rakul emphasized the importance of learning from lost opportunities and growing from them. She used a hypothetical scenario in the medical field to illustrate her point, stating that it is a part of life if someone else is chosen over you for a position.
Rakul also discussed supporting her future children and providing them with assistance, stating that she would not make them struggle for opportunities. She acknowledged that star kids may have easier access to the industry due to their parents’ hard work.
Currently, Rakul Preet is set to film the next schedule of De De Pyaar De 2 in Punjab with Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan.
