Katy Perry recently disclosed that one of her relationship red flags is people who don’t pitch in around the house. That’s why she’s grateful for partner Orlando Bloom for helping to keep things clean and organized. She values his efforts so much that she even has a special way of showing her appreciation.
“If I come downstairs and find the kitchen clean, with all the dishes done and pantry doors closed,” Katy shared with Alex Cooper on the Sept. 4 episode of Call Her Daddy, “you better be prepared for a reward.”
For Katy, acts of service speak volumes. “I don’t need expensive gifts like a red Ferrari! I can buy those myself. Just do the dishes! I’ll make it worth your while,” she explained. “It’s that simple.”
Orlando, who shares 4-year-old daughter Daisy Dove with Katy and 13-year-old son Flynn Bloom with ex-wife Miranda Kerr, seems to have caught on quickly. Katy mentioned that he always takes care of the dishes on weekends when their housekeeper is off duty.
