Imtiaz Ali and Sajid Ali tease another classic love story in the making with Laila Majnu duo; ‘Every story is already written’
Imtiaz Ali has shown his talent as a filmmaker and screenwriter. In 2018, he worked with his brother Sajid Ali on the film Laila Majnu. Despite not performing well initially, the romantic movie gained popularity over time and was re-released in theaters. The duo is now hinting at collaborating on another love story.
Recently, Imtiaz Ali shared a poster with the title Laila Majnu at the center surrounded by leaves. The poster also mentioned other famous love stories like Sohni-Mahiwal, Sassi-Punnu, Mirza-Sahiba, Heer-Ranjha, Shireen-Farhad, and Romeo-Juliet. In the caption, Ali teased the idea of creating the next Love Legend.
As the film Laila Majnu showed a positive trend at the box office, lead actor Avinash Tiwary expressed his gratitude on social media. He mentioned the support of the audience and the personal significance of the film.
Actress Triptii Dimri also shared a BTS video of the film’s re-release in theaters, expressing her happiness and gratitude for the audience’s love.
Triptii Dimri will be seen in upcoming projects like Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, and Dhadak 2.
