Jennifer Lopez’s “Demure” Trend Leaves TikToker Jools Lebron Speechless

The TikToker has had a wild few weeks after her Aug. 5 video went viral across the internet, and now she’s taking a moment to reflect on all the celebrities who have jumped on her “demure” trend: namely, Jennifer Lopez.
“I think the one that really, really, really gagged me,” Jools exclusively told E! News, “is J.Lo’s team reaching out to me.”
The “On the Floor” singer’s Aug. 16 Instagram post featuring the trend was especially poignant for Jools because being raised in a Puerto Rican family meant that Jennifer “was our superstar.”
“Growing up, I remember thinking she’s so beautiful and gorgeous,” Jools explained. “And her having such a positive moment with the demure trend, and people really embracing her and just be like, ‘You know what that is our Jenny from the block. That is that orange drink,’—I feel really was what surprised me.”
