Emotional Rollercoaster: Jax Taylor Wraps Up 30-Day Stay at In-Patient Mental Health Facility
PEOPLE reports that Jax Taylor is set to leave the in-patient treatment center he entered in late July. A representative for The Valley star confirmed on August 19 that Jax has completed a 30-day treatment and will be returning home later this week.
The representative mentioned that it has been an emotional month for Jax, and he is eager to reconnect with his three-year-old son Cruz Michael Cauchi, from his previous marriage with Brittany Cartwright.
Taylor sought inpatient treatment on July 30 to address ongoing mental health challenges following his separation from his wife and other personal struggles.
Upon his return home, Jax Taylor will resume filming The Valley, which started production on its second season earlier this year. TMZ also reported that Jax plans to share his treatment journey and mental health progress on the show, promising an emotional new season for viewers.
In related news, Brittany Cartwright previously explained the reasons behind her split from Jax, citing his lack of interest in intimacy.
Jax and Brittany announced their separation in late February after nearly five years of marriage, following their wedding in 2019.
Jax and Brittany first met in 2015 and their relationship has been featured on various reality TV shows including Vanderpump Rules, Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky, and The Valley. They welcomed their son in April 2021, almost two years after tying the knot in 2019.
We look forward to seeing Jax return to work and embark on a fresh start on The Valley, which is currently in production for its second season. Season 1 can be streamed on Peacock.
