Shraddha Kapoor shares hilarious story of monkeys stealing her Bakarwadi on set: ‘Stree 2 meets the monkeys’
Shraddha Kapoor’s recent release, Stree 2, is currently a box office hit. The film has quickly become a blockbuster since its release on August 15. While audiences are enjoying the movie, the actress also had a fun experience during the shoot. She had some unexpected visitors in her hotel room.
During an interview with Miss Malini Showbiz, Kapoor shared her encounter with monkeys that entered her hotel room on the first day of shooting. She brought her favorite snack, bakarwadi, with her to the location and set up a snack corner in her room. Thinking no one would enter, she left the door open. To her surprise, a couple of monkeys came in.
They went straight to the snack corner and took the heavy bag of bakarwadi. Before she could react, the monkeys left, leaving her in disbelief. Kapoor jokingly described them as professional thieves who took her snacks effortlessly. “Stree 2 aur bandaron ka saamna hogaya wahan pe,” she said in Hindi.
In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Kapoor explained why she is selective about her movie choices. She mentioned that she wants to be part of films that excite her and the audience. Until she feels a strong connection to a film and character, she is willing to wait for the right opportunity.
The horror comedy movie also stars Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana.
