The OnlyFans model, who is the eldest daughter of former couple Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, recently underwent plastic surgery on Aug. 2 to reshape what she referred to as her “droopy nose.”
“I’ve been wanting a nose job for the last five years,” Sami, who is 20, shared in a TikTok photo carousel on Aug. 13, expressing dissatisfaction with how her original nose appeared in photographs.
In a brave move, she posted before and after photos of the procedure, stating, “I was so nervous, but also incredibly excited.”
According to Sami, the surgery—performed by renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar in Los Angeles—was a success, although she experienced nausea from the anesthesia and pain medications.
“It’s only the second day of recovery,” she shared alongside a picture of her bandaged face, “but I already feel like a new woman and I am so happy to have finally achieved my dream nose.”
