A disrespectful new group of vacationers caused chaos with the crew in the latest episode of the Bravo series on Aug. 12.
From complaining about simple tasks like walking up and down stairs to bickering with the staff over cutlery and even requesting the interior crew to rearrange the furniture they found unattractive, the impolite travelers—led by head charter guest Mahisha—left a negative impression on everyone. Their behavior was so unacceptable that Captain Sandy Yawn had to intervene and address their disrespectful attitudes.
“I always say this: If you tear someone down, you’re going to crush their morale,” Sandy told the guests. “But if you show gratitude and kindness, you’ll uplift them and they’ll be motivated to do more for you.”
“I once had a client who spent a million euros on a charter, yet they treated my crew terribly,” the Captain recounted. “I spoke to the main guest and warned them, ‘I will cancel your charter if you mistreat my staff again.’ They immediately improved their behavior after I informed the owner who was prepared to end the charter if needed,” she added.
