Raj Tarun granted bail by Telangana HC in cheating case filed by ex-girlfriend Lavanya, bringing relief

The recent events have stirred up controversy surrounding Telugu actor Raj Tarun, as his personal life has been under scrutiny for all the wrong reasons. The actor from Tiragabadara Saami found himself facing legal troubles after his former partner filed an FIR against him.
In a recent development, the Telangana High Court has granted anticipatory bail to Raj Tarun in the cheating case filed by Lavanya on August 9.
Justice Juvvadi Sri Devi has ordered the actor to surrender before the Narsingi station house officer within two weeks, after which he will be released on bail upon execution of a personal bond for Rs 20,000 with two sureties of the same amount.
Additionally, as reported by TOI, Raj is required to appear before the SHO every Saturday for 8 weeks or until the chargesheet is filed.
Prior to this, Raj had petitioned the High Court seeking anticipatory bail in the case filed against him. According to Times Now, he anticipated a possible arrest and decided to seek bail in advance. The actor mentioned that Lavanya had filed a similar case against another individual in Andhra Pradesh and was facing a drug abuse case as well.
The controversy unfolded when Raj Tarun’s former girlfriend and live-in partner Lavanya lodged a cheating complaint against him at the Narsinghi police station. She alleged that Raj was involved with his co-star, Malvi Malhotra.
Lavanya also accused the actor of making false promises of marriage and eventually betraying her. In response, Raj accused Lavanya of blackmail and claimed that she was under the influence of substances.
Furthermore, Raj Tarun alleged that Lavanya had been in a relationship with someone else for some time, and he could provide evidence to support this claim.
