The 59-year-old actor Rick Hearst announced on July 25 that he will be returning to General Hospital to reprise his role as the enigmatic attorney Ric Lansing. He first appeared on the show as the shady lawyer in 2002 and left in 2009. He made a two-year comeback in 2014 before exiting once again. During his time on the show, he won two Primetime Emmy Awards.
