Blake Lively Surprises Ryan Reynolds During Interview with Hilarious Entrance
Ryan Reynolds could never ignore Blake Lively.
Even while co-hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live! with Hugh Jackman, the Deadpool & Wolverine star made sure to answer his wife’s phone call, interrupting Hugh’s story about his late father.
As Ryan explained, “We always promised each other we’d answer in the middle of something.”
“Hi baby,” Blake greeted Ryan over the phone. “Is now a good time?”
Instead of declining the call from the It Ends With Us star, with whom he has kids James, 9, Inez, 7, Betty, 4, and Olin, born in 2023, he let her speak.
“No, no, it’s fine,” Ryan quickly replied. “We’re just rehearsing at Kimmel’s.”
His response drew laughs from the audience and a knowing look from Hugh (who seemed to understand the interruption).
“I love you so much,” Blake expressed. “I’m just bored and want to chat.”
